I'm a freelance nutritionist, having studied nutrition for more than 5 years and still do. Besides guiding people to determine the root-cause of their health issues, I also love to be a functional medicine health coach registered with the UKIHCA. In the latter case, I take off my expert hat and help guide you. You are in the driver seat. I use motivational interviewing techniques, as well as positive psychology and like to look at all the aspects surrounding your life such as movement, sleep, stress and social connections.
