Connection Guidance is the space that I wish to hold for you. I feel it is important I tell you that I am not a counsellor, nor am I a Life Coaching certificate. I have used the qualifications I have gained as well as the self-administered study I have done into the inner wellbeing, Connected Consciousness space to craft a subjective, more connected, more intimate approach to holding a space for individuals to form a greater connection to their lives, their emotions, their internal environment, their emotional processing and their True Self. I call my practice “Connection Guidance” and it is a space shared between the Connection Guide and the Connection Traveller to explore their inner working which includes but is not limited to, their connection with how they express themselves, how they communicate with others external and with their Self internally. This then opens the door for them to explore how their expression and flow of emotions, their thoughts and their mental processing is conducive to living a life that is aligned with their true Self and with their personal version of Peace.
