My background as a Care Coordinator in both mental health and substance abuse settings, as well as for high-risk Medicaid clients, has given me extensive experience in guiding individuals, such as yourself, toward better health outcomes. I also have years of experience as a Lab Assistant in both hospital and outpatient settings, where I developed a strong understanding of the healthcare system. Seeing patients struggle to advocate for themselves inspired me to become a dedicated patient advocate—helping individuals communicate effectively with healthcare providers and take an active role in their own care. Beyond health and wellness, I assist clients with career exploration and goal setting, particularly those who are neurodivergent (ADHD, AuDHD, ASD). I understand that small wins often create the momentum needed for larger achievements, and I’m here to help break down overwhelming tasks into actionable steps.
