Hi! I’m Nicholas Sagar-House (you can call me Nick), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), with an Advanced Level 2 Coaching Diploma. I specialise in a person-centred approach that integrates emotional intelligence, mindfulness practices, and cognitive behavioural techniques. With an extensive background of 18 years in the music industry and 10 years in graphic design, e-commerce, and digital marketing, I bring a uniquely creative and dynamic perspective to coaching. This diverse experience enhances my ability to offer innovative and adaptable strategies, helping individuals manage stress, navigate negative thoughts, and overcome challenges such as impostor syndrome and burnout. Having completed over 155 hours of ICF-accredited training and delivered more than 600 hours of coaching sessions, I am well-equipped to empower you with evidence-based tools and personalised strategies.
