Rica Joyce Maquinto has spent nearly a decade unraveling the mysteries of human behavior and cognitive processes, guiding individuals toward growth and healing. As a licensed psychometrician and mental health consultant, her work spans traditional and emerging fields--from counseling and psychological assessment to psychological auditing of AI systems, blending her passion for human connection with technological innovation. Since 2018, she has also been sharing her expertise by teaching psychology subjects, inspiring the next generation of practitioners. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology with specialized training in child psychotherapy, Rica thrives on continuous learning and the dynamic nature of human behavior.
