Brenna Dorrance

I have been a Gallup certified Strengths Coach since 2017 and an EMCC accredited coach since 2018. I am also a Director of an Education charity, specialising in Continuing Professional Development for teachers and school leaders. I bring 20 years of international leadership experience, having held senior leadership positions in Japan, the USA, South Africa, Afghanistan and the UK. I design and deliver team development and coaching sessions both in person and online to improve team cohesion, drive improved performance and embed a strengths based approach to team development. I work across a range of sectors including corporate clients mainly within the global beauty industry, not for profit and government clients. I also work with confidence building and career coaching including mentoring young women to boost confidence and aspiration and coaching refugees into meaningful employment. All training sessions are bespoke to the specific needs of each client and are deliberately tailored to support you to achieve your team and personal objectives.
