I help people like you achieve greater impact, meaning and satisfaction from your work, through psychology-informed coaching. I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation at Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. Prior to becoming a professional coach I had a 15-year career leading teams and large organisational change projects in the UK. My coaching style is open, flexible, and evidence-based. It's also person-centred, which means I'm certain you have all the answers you need inside of you - it's my job to help you bring them to the surface, make sense of them and find a way forward. Where appropriate, I use positive psychology models and cognitive behavioural coaching to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours - and I always aim to seek the right balance between support and challenge, to help you achieve the most growth and value from the experience.
