Hello! I'm Pepe López, I am delighted to welcome you to these individual coaching sessions in Madrid. If at this moment of your life you feel that you need a change and you are really willing to do different things in your day to day life, to have different results, I will be happy to accompany you in this process if you choose me for it. I firmly believe that we are gifted beings with the ability to choose and this is above genetics and past experiences. Surely, depending on the experiences and beliefs we have acquired it will be easier or less easy to go towards a much happier and fuller life, but I have no doubt that our decision is the greatest friend we can have in any process of change. This is told to you by someone who has experienced and experiences every day to go to where I really want to be, not without many difficulties sometimes, because of mental patterns acquired in my childhood, but my experience is that without a doubt, it can be done. Now, the question is, are you willing to dedicate quality time every day, not to give up when you fall into repeated actions, not to pay attention to what others say, not to be paralyzed by your past or by a feared future and above all, to try things you have never done before and maybe you are terrified just thinking about it? If the answer is yes, you have no doubt that changes will come, sooner or later, but they will come. For my part, I offer you my life experience, my experience as a coach, tools to work every day and of course love and unconditional support without judgments so that you can finally launch yourself to what we all deserve, to be happy. Apparently, it sounds simple and maybe reading a book or watching a video, it would seem that everything is easy, but changing those mental patterns is not easy at first and may require support, an impartial and careful mirror that accompanies us and embraces us, both metaphorically and really, because many times we did not initiate the change because we did not have that support. And for this, the sessions I offer you, completely simple and practical, but very deep, where from minute one, the idea is that you work, work and work towards that change you need and that will give another light to your life. I do not know shortcuts or magic formulas, it is simply to change our mind through our actions, to demonstrate it to ourselves over and over again every day, until it is impregnated in every cell of our being, that yes, whenever we want, we can change. I believe that certain articles and studies of the past that said that the brain cannot be changed after a certain age and that genetics dominates everything did a lot of damage. Today, fortunately there are prestigious studies that show that our neurons die and new ones are born every day and that networks can be stimulated at any age and with any small mental exercise we do. It has also been shown that genetics matter, obviously for certain things like beating the 100 meter record or the weight lifting record can be decisive, but not to be totally happy and masters of our path and our changes whenever we want them. Therefore, I offer you these sessions, where I will propose to challenge you, improve yourself, surprise you, change you from minute one and it will not be a theory, you will live it and you will feel it.
