Partners with clients as consultant and/or mentor when needed to create realistic actions plans for their future based on current goals. Maintains client privacy and confidentiality, according to the ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a current professionally credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Consults for small businesses and teams in the areas of branding, strategic planning, conflict management, emotional intelligence, agility, team building, team development, team performance, sales success, customer experience, DEI efforts, and more. Creates curriculum and training materials and facilitates for group or team workshops with choice of full or half day in aforementioned areas.
