Most recently, in my role of Software CTO, I was part of the Executive Leadership for a $1.5B revenue Danaher group company. Leading and managing global teams ignited my passion for empowering others. That is why I got interested in coaching and in 2013, I attended a 2 day masterclass taught in person by THE Marshall Goldsmith at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad.
