"I am a Life Coach, coaching people through transitions, a career change, entering or leaving retirement, or just how to move forward in life." A coach is who I am, not what I do for a living. My entire career has been involved with assisting others. Mostly dislocated workers or those in career transition due to downsizing. However, I have been involved with students as a counselor at a junior college and as an adult basic education instructor, developing a career pathways program for young adult students. Coaching students provides special satisfaction helping young or older individuals obtain their goals and building success.
