Having been a trained professional actor, corporate trainer, and certified coach for my entire career, I place my participants and clients front and center of the work I do. This is also informed by the background I have in the field of human rights (MA, Kingston University, London, 2009). I focus on empowerment, confidence, and clarity. At the heart of all my coaching is a focus on the individual dignity and agency of the client - essential for any kind of coaching. Different from traditional facilitation and training, at the core of all my coaching is deep listening, celebrating wins, and, above all, creating safe spaces for learning and reflection.
