Rose-marie Fernandez

I have had over 40 years Corporate experience working across continents in 12 countries. My field of expertise has been in the arena of Human Resources Development. My professional journey involved several senior roles as a trail blazer in strategic creation of a sustainable Human Resources function within organizations, re-engineering, HR consultation and expert on World Bank projects. Having spent the greater part of my working life in HR Development and a global rendezvous of 16 years, I returned to Canada in 2012 and transitioned to specializing in Executive Coaching and Facilitation. My commitment and dedication to being a conduit that facilitates growth and development in individuals so that they can live and create meaningful lives, personally and professionally has led me to acquire Licences and Certifications in addition to a Life Skills Coach Certification (1993) and a Certified Professional Coach (2014). My passion to contribute to the advancement of individuals manifests in my work as a Faculty member at Centennial College (9 years) and SZABIST University (5 years). The international exposure brings me to appreciate the International Student community and enabling them to be valuable members of the Canadian workforce. In addition, over the last 10 years, it is through my Company Coaching Worx that my focus has been on providing a high level of Executive Coaching and Facilitation to a variety of clients.
