2024 started off rough. My family in Japan lost their home and my grandmother was on life support due to post earthquake circumstances. Back in Berlin, I had accepted a role as Sales Manager for a prominent Martech company. Fast forward to July and the feeling of “should I be here?” never faded. That was my last day at the office. The feelings I’m continuously navigating are as follows … 1. Emotional Overload (Processing Guilt and Helplessness) 2. Identity and Purpose Conflict (Misalignment) 3. Decreased Self Confidence 4.
