Michael Kaufman

Mike is an Executive and Team Coach, certified in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching, and trained in Team Coaching International. He works with corporate clients, couples and families to help expose the wider "system" of their interactions, building stronger relationships and connection. Put simply, he helps all voices be heard, even the most marginalized, or voices that people didn't even know they had. Mike is also a GENOS Emotional Intelligence and Team Dynamics practitioner, with training in NLP, mediation, and Satir family systems. With original education in Computer Science, he has made that bridge from hardware to peopleware. He draws upon his experience as an Agile Coach to encourage small, incremental changes in people and teams, knowing that success breeds success. Seeing conflict as just something that is wanting to happen, he guides and facilitates teams through difficult conversations and touchy topics. Mike's style is integrative, connective, supportive, encouraging, and championing. Whether in front of a classroom or one-on-one, his happy-go-lucky demeanor and sense of humor allows clients to feel comfortable.
