As an experienced and certified Executive and Leadership coach, I have a well-earned reputation as a relationship builder and workshop facilitator with a strong sense of purpose. My communication style is that of a caring and empathetic listener. I’ve been fortunate to work with diverse executives and their organizations my entire career. I’ve always been focused on the “people” side of the equation and have supported leaders who capture and connect with key learning principles so their outcomes are positive and result-driven. By setting goals, and plans and supporting their needs, I can guide leaders to see what is working, what is not, and where we go from here. Recently, I have acquired a Certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada as a Mental Health & Wellness Certified Facilitator.
