As a coach, I am integrating approaches from Positive Psychology, Humanistic Coaching, Somatic Therapy, Parts Work, Attachment Theory, and NeuroScience to support my clients in achieving their goals, changing unhelpful habits, growing confidence, improving communication, and having flourishing relationships. My approach is rooted in presence, empathy, and unconditional acceptance. It is important to me to create a space for my clients where they feel seen and valued. When we receive this unconditional acceptance, then we can grow and expand. I have a wide range of experience and have coached with children, teenagers, adults, senior managers, operational teams, and neurodiverse individuals.
