I am a Certified Coach and a Human Resource Professional with over 20 years of experience. I have extensive experience in multi-cultural environments, designing and delivering leadership programs, and coaching leaders and teams. My passion for supporting women’s career advancement is reflected in my research and co-authorship of two books. I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of cross-cultural issues and challenges arising from international careers. Fluent in English and Arabic, I am dedicated to driving organisational growth and development through targeted HR strategies, leadership and team coaching.
