With a background in career transformation coaching, business coaching, and psychotherapy training, I support clients in exploring who they are today, what truly matters to them, and how to move forward in a way that is realistic, grounded, and aligned with their values. My work often addresses topics such as career change, self-confidence, impostor syndrome, decision-making, emotional regulation, boundaries, and sustainable performance. My coaching style is structured, reflective, and practical. I do not give ready-made answers or advice — instead, I create a space for deep self-inquiry, honest reflection, and conscious action. I work in English, German, and Polish and primarily support professionals living and working abroad.
