’m an ICF-certified coach, EQ-certified, and trained mediator with over 20 years of experience coaching hundreds of leaders, individuals, and teams. I help people build leadership presence and navigate difficult conversations with more calm, courage, and clarity—especially when things feel tense, stuck, or high-stakes. My work sits at the intersection of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), communication, and conflict resolution. Together, we identify the patterns that derail you (or the team), get clear on what matters most, and practice new moves you can actually use in real moments—feedback, boundaries, naming what’s unsaid, repairing trust, and getting to clean agreements. My style is collaborative and grounded—a “guide by your side.” When it’s useful, I bring in assessments (360s, EQ tools, values, and personality frameworks including the Enneagram) to surface what’s really going on, clarify our coaching goals, and accelerate meaningful, lasting behavior change.
