As an accomplished coach, individuals join me on a collaborative journey that offers uniquely customised spaces for emotional comfort, shielded trust and ethical confidentiality. My role as coach is to co-explore with my clients their sacredly untold stories. To wander alongside their suppressed anxieties, unfulfillments, guilt-trips, resentments and anger towards life's unfairness. Research findings reflect 'emotional blind spots' and 'multiple imposters' as valid psychological constructs likely to cause intrinsic emotional havoc whilst compromising our rightful happiness and satisfaction. How do we go about 'spring cleaning' our inner beings from different forms of unhappiness, dissatisfaction and despair? Not by thinking or doing 'outside the box', but by flattening the box and utilizing it as a personal launching pad for transforming our 'being-in-becoming' by embracing our future tomorrows. What belongs to the past, stays in the past. What is always possible to accomplish, is an authentic and sustainable inner alignment with contentment, mindfulness and a blissful portion of passion for living a fulfilled life. We are imperfect humans living in an imperfect world, yet we have the potential to outsmart life's future 'curve balls' and painful challenges when being self-empowered with authority. Allowing life happening by us, through us, with us rather than life happening to us. Let us together observe the wonders in our lives being brought about by attitude management and profound paradigm shifts. Noteworthy: * I am a professional practitioner qualified across the 3 disciplines of Education, Psychology and Coaching. * At least 50% of my private practice clients are members of the Global Blind Community whilst in workplace positions as Business & Management Leaders. * The title of my Masters' Research Thesis obtained from the University of Stellenbosch Business School (2014-2015): "A beacon in the dark: The perceived value of coaching visually impaired business leaders on interpersonal communication competence. * Most recent project: The graduation of 10 Visually Impaired and Blind students from the Hein Wagner Academy in South Africa, having qualified on international accreditation as Cyber Security Consultants. The project lasted from September 2021 till October 2024. * As yet I need to meet another Mental Health & Coaching Practitioner able of conducting a full researched Assessment Battery with Blind candidates. Including Psychometric (quantitative data) + Competency-based (qualitative data). Followed by comprehensive coaching for personal and professional development. * As a fully sighted practitioner, I have been accepted as an honorary member of the Global Blind Community * Having overseen the translation of a Coaching Business Book "Leadership For All" (Ungerer, Herholdt & Le Roux, 2015).
