Esther Dacanay

I am currently at the tail end of of second master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a minor in Marriage & Family Therapy. In addition, as a credentialed and experienced former school counselor, I offer coaching in college advising, career, life and relationship coaching to help empower and walk alongside people as they overcome adversity, build resilience, set healthy boundaries, and achieve personal growth on their journey through college, career, business, and in life. Furthermore, as an executive coach, I help working professionals navigate the complexities of workplace communication, including building self-confidence, creating and maintaining an executive leadership presence, negotiating skills, high-stakes conversations, and offering emotional well-being support both in their personal and professional lives.
