My mission is to empower professionals globally to move like the CEOs of their lives and careers, by breaking down internal and external barriers so they can build successful, fulfilling, values-aligned lives and careers. My coaching approach serves high-impact professionals who are committed to do the inner and outer work to win in their careers, and/or make the transition from employee to entrepreneur by building their own purpose-led businesses. After 8 years building a global career in training & development, I started my business in the pandemic to support professionals at work to build their careers from the inside out. I teach my clients how to accelerate their careers, lead their teams with an inclusive approach, and have an entrepreneurial mindset alongside powerful career and business strategies. My specialities are career elevation, inclusive leadership training, mindset transformation, wellness and energy alignment to thrive *holistically* beyond the world of work. I facilitate transformational personal development workshops, career coaching programmes and masterclasses for organisations and individuals as well as work with clients one-on-one in English and French.
