I also help in dissolving self-limiting beliefs—those thoughts that undermine your confidence and goals. I will help you gain the calmness, confidence, and answers needed to achieve your goals in a fulfilling way. Most importantly, my coaching approach focuses on deep transformation that continues outside our conversations. I’ll support you in recognising your choices in thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and facilitate an environment that encourages powerful insights and long-lasting change. I work with clients from around the world from my home in Scotland, where I live with my husband and daughter. In addition to being a coach, I have been running my own business in the sales industry, mentoring, coaching, leading, and training both entrepreneurs and employed professionals since 2011.
