The 4 key areas of focus are identifying GOALS, clarifying your current REALITY, develop your OPTIONS and your WAY FORWARD. GOAL: The end point where you want to be, so you are clear when it is realised. REALITY: The current reality is where you are now. What are the issues, challenges, obstacles and how far away are you from your goal? OPTIONS: Once obstacles have been identified, I help you to deal with them to break through and impact your performance. ​ WAY FORWARD: The options now need to be converted into action steps to attain your goal. How to implement the tasks and measure performance will be agreed in each session. ​
