As a seasoned senior business leader, executive coach and leadership development specialist, Katie C. Kelley has dedicated over twenty-five years to empowering leaders, teams, and organizations to unlock their full potential and achieve remarkable results. With a diverse management background in sales and operations, as well as a deep foundation as a behavior scientist, Katie brings a unique blend of strategic insight, emotional intelligence mastery, and practical executive leadership experience to every coaching engagement. Professional Background Katie began her business career in pharmaceutical sales, after training and completing her psychotherapy licensure at New York Presbyterian-Cornell Medical Center. Katie quickly excelled as an award-winning management candidate with Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Manhattan, based on her highly consultative approach to partnering with physician clients. Motivated to bridge her behavioral science background into the corporate sphere, she completed her International Coach Federation training at Coach University and New York University. Katie went on to run her own coaching and training company where she collaborated with clients like Google, Time Warner, Boston College Women’s Summit and Meeting Planners International. During this time, she was an ongoing commentator at ABC News discussing business coaching tips and tricks. This opportunity led to the publication of Ms. Kelley’s book, “Career Courage: Discover Your Passion, Step Out of Your Comfort Zone and Create the Success You Want,” published by Harper Collins. Katie spoke at prestigious institutions such as CNN, Wharton, and Bank of America during her book tour. After serving as the Global Leadership Development Director at KEEN, Katie was invited to lead as the Senior Vice President of Adecco’s Talent Development Practice for the U.S. western region. Her most recent role was VP of Client Partnerships at bluSPARC, a start-up boutique executive coaching and assessment firm. Driven by a desire to make a broader impact, Katie has intentionally transitioned back to her original craft of executive and corporate coaching and facilitation, leveraging her extensive leadership experience to guide senior leaders and high-potential individuals towards greater heights.
