𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: People have more potential in them than they utilise (and realise). As a coach Thijs helps them to unleash their potential, creating more motivated and impactful employees. This can be in one-on-one settings or in team sessions. When teams are stuck Thijs is able to reveal underlying dynamics and help team members to find steps forward so they can work effectively together again. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Thijs uses coaching skills and conversations throughout all his other roles and in one-on-one coaching sessions. Has trained and coached managers in how to coach their team members and direct reports. Experience with diverse cultures and international settings, with both higher management and entry level.
