SILVIA MICELLI

I am a seasoned transformational coach who guides people, leaders and organizations through significant transitions, helping them achieve higher levels of awareness, performance, and results. I have been working for almost 14 years with professionals across various sectors and career stages, inspiring them to tackle challenges authentically and become transformational agents in their fields. I combine my extensive coaching and mentoring experience with a 16-year corporate career, a strong background in sustainability, and expertise in health and wellness. I have led multiple transformational projects and have a history as athlete and dancer. My programs, offered both virtually and in-person, help young professionals, experienced leaders and teams broaden their perspectives, gain clarity, navigate uncertainty, and develop essential soft skills. For that, I use an integral human approach, considering physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual intelligences.
