First things first, I’m not a ‘Pollyanna’ style coach who responds with confetti and pom poms to everything you share. I AM here to be supportive of you — using real tools, an awake mind, and a ‘you-matter’ compassionate approach. I frequently work with high-functioning people who are smart and organized but who are struggling to make headway on a particular goal or workplace objective. Stuck points can be deeply personal and tough to unravel, so they benefit from oxygen and insight. One of my specializations is coaching middle managers. Having worked with small, mid, and large enterprises in an EAP context, it’s been a pleasure to witness the positive impact of goal-setting and leadership development. As a Registered Psychologist with an MBA in Global & Luxury Brand Management and extensive real-world business experience, I thrive on helping people navigate the complex intersection of personal aspirations, professional responsibilities, and meaningful commitments.
