I'm gentle and considerate, always respectful, open and fun. My superpower is the ability to see what people can truly become. My job is to inspire the delegate's self confidence and ignite their curiosity to learn. Within all my sessions I always bring a coaching attitude as a consideration of my delegates. A kind word in a quiet area is often just the nudge that can bring about a noticeable change in a delegate or a manager. I always work carefully with other people’s feelings and I only ever work to what’s best for them and with consideration. I will have difficult conversations but only as a last resort and only ever with a tone of clarity and calm. Inclusion and acceptance are vital for me. I lead, train and coach with honesty, kindness and respect.
