As a Therapeutic Coach, I work in both a deeply insightful and practical way, drawing on my background as a psychotherapist while applying coaching skills and tools. I bring elements of Mindfulness, Self Compassion, and Polyvagal Theory to help clients find a greater sense of calm and grounding in their lives. I have a corporate background, with over 15 years spent working in Management Consulting and Financial Services, so I understand the challenges leaders face in dynamic and high pressure environments. I'm experienced in working with clients from neurodiverse backgrounds, including HSP, ASD and ADHD.
