My coaching philosophy is all about empowering and equipping people to do their best work and improve their workplace outlook/connection in a way that’s supportive, growth-forward, and tailored to their unique goals. I view every coaching relationship as a partnership where we work together to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth and self-care. The process begins with an initial assessment, including a pre-engagement questionnaire and a “fit” session to align on goals and approach. If the coachee moves forward, we conduct a 360-degree feedback assessment to get a comprehensive view of their standing. We review the results with the coachee—and their sponsor if applicable—and set clear goals for development. From there, we begin regular coaching sessions, typically twice a month, focusing on real-world challenges and steady progress. Each session is designed to be relevant and actionable, with prep questions sent in advance to ensure we’re ready to dive in. Stakeholders are involved as needed, either through feedback or check-ins, to ensure the coachee’s growth is integrated within their team and organization. Midway through, we pause for a formal check-in to reflect and adjust as needed. At the end of the engagement, we hold a final review, often with stakeholders, to ensure that the progress made is sustainable and carries forward beyond our sessions. My role is both as a guide and a sounding board, helping the coachee envision what’s possible and supporting them in achieving meaningful, lasting change.
