I’m a certified Executive Coach (ICF-ACC) and consultant focusing on coaching others to define and reach goals, find greater balance, navigate transitions and leverage their unique talents so they can live their best lives with optimism both at work and at home. Before coaching professionally, I spent over 12 years in leadership roles with Chipotle where I was part of the journey with the brand from unknown start-up to household name. While there, I oversaw national promotions, brand partnerships, field marketing, and new menu introductions including Catering, Sofritas and Kid’s Meals. Previous brands supported include Red Bull, New Line Cinema, Old Navy and De Beers. I started Ivy & Scout in 2017, and offer executive, career and college exploration coaching along with strategic marketing consulting for start-ups, consumer product companies, hospitality companies and individuals. Past and current clients supported include Randy’s Donuts, Equip, Steel Series, Yogurtland, LEAP, Noodles & Company, Blaze Pizza, Time Timer, and McCormick & Schmick’s.
