Katie Leimkuehler

I'm a Career Coach and Executive Coach with over 15 years of experience specializing in leadership development, career transitions, and talent management. I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Managing Director and Head of Learning and Development at Cresset Capital, and before that, I worked at Charles Schwab and Express in leadership development roles. I hold an Executive Coach Certification from the Center for Executive Coaching, an Organizational Leadership Certificate from Northwestern University, and an Organizational Development Coaching Certification. I am also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. Recently, I was honored to be named one of Cleveland's Top 15 Coaches in 2024 by Influence Digest. My academic background includes an MFA from Roosevelt University and a BA from Miami University of Ohio. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential, and I continue to find joy in empowering others to lead with purpose and confidence.
