My cross-functional stints in HR, Sales, and Retail Banking, combined with experience in Pharmaceutical, IT, Engineering, FMCG, and Banking, and coaching members from Big Tech ,Media,Non-profit, Military, Public Sector, Education, Oil and Gas organizations, inform my practice. Living in different countries and undergoing significant transitions have heightened my awareness of multiple realities, inner games, and their impact on self-belief, team dynamics, and business outcomes. I aim to create conditions where trust forms the foundation, reflection uncovers the “real self”, emotions get unlocked, conversations advance, and learning triggers action, change and accountability. Coached leaders across levels (C-suite leaders, middle managers, individual contributors) across 27 countries and from more than 10 different sectors/functions .Experience of coaching around 700 hours across organisations at different stages of lifecycle viz US Airforce, UN, Google, Mars , Dell, Meta, Pfizer, Chevron, BP, Kearney, Warner Media , GRAB to name a few. My knowledge of sports psychology and experience of working with multiple generations and under represented communities offer my conversations variety and richness.
