Coaching executives, groups and individuals in multifaceted aspects of business and life. Using a holistic approach, I find that what affects us in life affects our abilities in business and vice versa. I have run a successful practice since 2011, running executive and corporate programes encompassing performance, well-being, diversity, sales performance, confidence and mindset input. I also do the same with smaller groups and individuals. I run regular workshops and seminars on various topics including improving sales techniques, understanding and improving communication and iimproving confidence and presentation skills.
