have been working as an inclusion coach and consultant for many years, particularly with a focus on LGBTQI+ and disability. I have a Master's degree in sociology, and my academic background includes creative writing, coaching and drama. Through exploring kinship, identity, belonging and borrowing theoretical underpinnings in queer studies, storytelling and sociology, I have developed an approach that puts an emphasis on how being and relating are interconnected. My coaching approach is personal but, most importantly, interpersonal. My philosophy sees relationships as a core component of our being. Our being takes shape as we practice relating to others – how we communicate, show care, resolve conflict, and foster intimacy. We come into being as we connect with others. Through exploring belonging I work with clients to build their agency and holistic capacity across diverse domains - from community and family to the workplace.
