Faiza Ali

Faiza has worked as a Pharmacist in the NHS for the past 15 years. As an experienced and skilled facilitator and certified MBTI practitioner, during this time, she has also provided career coaching support to fellow pharmacy professionals. Faiza is also an education experienced supervisor, facilitator and trainer within the education sector who can ably facilitate small and large groups. She created peer supervision for education supervisors to nuture growth and development. Faiza has a broad depth of coaching proficiency within the career, leadership and health and wellbeing spheres, as well as experience in providing coaching to those from ethnically diverse backgrounds. For the past few years Faiza has coached on an NHS coaching platform providing health and wellbeing support to primary and secondary care staff from ethnic minority backgrounds, a role she has found particularly rewarding. More recently she has provided coaching for team leaders in the NHS, as well as successfully run virtual away days. Faiza is experienced in facilitating large groups, team away days, focus groups and action learning sets.
