I am a personal and organisational development coach and enthusiast. My mission is supporting individuals, teams and leaders to discover who they really are, what they really need and want and help them create strategies to meet their objectives whilst developing and unlocking the capabilities they need to succeed and feel empowered. I walk alongside their rich, powerful and challenging transition and transformation journey. My approach is integrated and bespoke and blends tools, coaching disciplines and resources rooted in neuroscience of change, my working and living experience, study and research and my own self-development journey. I strongly believe that both individuals and companies have the power to change for the better if they are willing to invest time and effort. I am passionate about people and the way their brain, emotions, and thinking processes work. In this world dominated by fast change and technology disruption, one thing remains constant: the human beings and their need to be seen, heard and understood - and to be happy. The 'human material' is now more relevant than ever, needing attention, nurturing and great care – both at individual and collective level. Working with it and supporting people and organisations in leaning into their innately human skills to evolve and be happier are my passions, interests and the ultimate reasons for my work.
