I have twenty five years experience coaching others, and ten years experience supervising the coaching work of others. I used a client-centred approach to help individuals to think deeply about themself and their world and - if they choose to - create and implement action plans to achieve their aspirations. I am accredited as a Senior Coach and as a Supervisor by EMCC. I have written a number of books, including How to Coach and Coaching from A to Z and Back Again. I am also an experienced workplace mediator, accredited by the Civil Mediation Council
