Clinton Pascoe

I am an experienced coach who has been working in-house and privately for the past 10 years. I am ICF accredited, trained to a PCC level, and hold ICF ACC accreditation. As a former executive within an education trust, I played a key role in coaching, mentoring, and training senior leaders as part of a turnaround project for underperforming schools. This built upon my previous success in developing senior and middle leader teams in new schools. Having started my own coaching and leadership development business, I work with a range of clients including start-up CEOs, headteachers, senior teams, and new businesses. As a certified DISC practitioner, I integrate behavioural assessments into my coaching practice to enhance communication, conflict resolution, and personal growth. This tool enables me to provide clients with insights into their behavioural styles, helping them unlock potential and optimise team dynamics. My strengths in coaching include guiding clients to delve deeply into their behaviours to uncover patterns that may be holding them back and finding solutions to achieve their goals.
