I am an experienced professional with 40 yrs experience covering the fields of Manufacturing, Food and Drink and Engineering, Lean/CI and Learning/Organisational Development with a proven record of achievement across a wide spectrum of industries. Designing and incorporating business-fit transformational improvements in the midst of organisational change. Able to engage, train and enthuse staff. Holding a MSc in Human Resource Development, a Lean six sigma Black Belt and a Master Practitioner Diploma in NLP , and an Advanced Diploma in Performance Coaching and having completed several coaching related courses (internal/external) and acting as an Internal Consultant/Coach within organisations, I have carried out rigorous Business Improvement programmes/Coaching/Mentoring in the midst of transformational change (managing OD aspects of change, people support through cultural change, benchmarking and continuous improvement of people related processes) which have influenced the performance of employees and managers to promote a learning culture and cultural change where increased ownership of personal development prevail.
