My approach works well with those who are open to challenge and who are committed to making a difference. In order for me to do my best work for my clients I need them to let me in so I can let them out to unleash their potential I am flexible and adaptable to work with a large range of clients in a variety of industries. My integrity, intuition, and the ability to remain impartial are vital skills that I encompassed for me to be not only an effective coach, but the type of person I am in general. It is my belief that everyone has a purpose and that all areas of our lives are integral to how we show up. You bring your “personal self” to work, and this is not something that can be switched off as it will always manifest in different ways if you try and supress it. I believe that my clients need to accept and understand the “whole you” to navigate in both their careers and their personal life. I create bespoke packages for both individual clients and organisation leadership boards.
