Mark Wilkes

Coach and consultant specialising in change management for the last 12 years. This has been through my own company and within a coaching partnership. I have a career background based in business development and sales team management. While I was with Samsung I helped role out SAP and recently I have working with organisations to improve how they function across multiple roles. In one case this included the installation of a new CRM system. I started my career within engineering having graduated in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, working first with BAe and then with Mitsubishi and Samsung. Between roles I completed an MBA, and then worked with a VC Backed electronics business. I remain involved with engineering and tech business as a business advisor with responsibility for business development. I love to travel and enjoy the challenge of new environments and circumstances. When starting a new project I begin with a fact find. This often involves the stakeholders and most of the team which allows me to look at the gaps and understand the issues in play before looking for solutions. A key outcome is the relationship and trust that is built during this process
