I have been coaching in both personal and business settings for over 20 years. I also have experience in the unique skills of group coaching. Assignments have been varied in terms of coaching objectives; however, themes that often appear include: identity, purpose, career, relationships, start-up business, recruitment & retention strategies, family relationships, life challenges of various sorts, leadership, people management. I love coaching! I regard it a privilege to be working with people who put their trust in my process and our co-created solutions.
