I believe in guiding people in living a healthy & fulfilling life! I am a Behavioural Coach. I have lived across Germany & India, and have travelled to many countries in the world. My hometown is a small place called Goa in India. In today's world, everyone goes through difficult moments - at work, within families, with friends, etc. Everyone needs a sounding board and guide. I feel I can make a difference here. I have been coaching and mentoring people across all spheres of life - working professionals, freelancers, managers & leaders. I have supported them at different stages in their career, family & life journeys. I have helped them in getting through tough challenges related to mental health, work-life, performance at work, conflicts, habits, careers, etc. I have worked with managers & leaders in the space of Team Building, Executive Presence, Leadership Development, Conflict Management, Career Transitions, etc. I have coached them in individual as well as group / team sessions. Most people connect with me since I use simple words & techniques to help them, and rely on me to be a guide and partner in their journeys. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have also done my Masters in HR, and have more than 17 years of work experience in the space of People, Culture & Learning. I am adept at using different Psychometric tools like Hogan, DISC, OPQ for behavioural analysis. I am also an ardent fan of Hindu scriptures - the Bhagavad Gita & the Mahabharata, and have derived a lot of learning from them. I coach in English, while I also understand & converse German & Hindi.
