As a certified life coach and trainer on a coaching course, I use my expertise to guide coachees in achieving their personal and professional goals. I believe a successful coaching experience involves the coach providing the structure, while the coachee brings the content. My coaching style is centered on empowering individuals to tap into their own understanding and solutions, using active, attentive listening, and thought-provoking questions to help them unlock their inner wisdom. I create a safe, supportive space where coachees can confidently grow into the best version of themselves. I like to astonish my coachees, not from my excellence, but from their surprise at realising how much they they knew already just 'below the surface'.
