As a certified Business Coach, my goal is support leaders and employees to connect them with their teams and colleagues through the power of communication, focusing on topics such as motivation, feedback, manage conflicts, decision making and giving a presentation during a meeting. In the coaching process, we will uncover your limiting beliefs, replace them with positive ones and discover your inner strengths. Additionally, your anxieties and fears related to communication and handling people will be resolved. We work together in a safe space where I support you with my full attention, feedback and psychological tools. We focus on what you can do for yourself here and now to achieve your goals. I believe that every challenge serves our growth if we use self-awareness while we manage them. I accompany you through this journey in the coaching process.
