I found my path to holistic coaching after years of struggling with personal health issues. I believe that this personal experience is what gave me the strength and passion to learn more about health and wellbeing and finally understand what feeling aligned and good means! My approach and main focus is to make your day-to-day life better, simpler, healthier and more enjoyable, wherever you might be in your health journey. I aim to help and support you by providing honest and inclusive guidance through simple daily tools and knowledge (such as implementing new, attainable and sustainable routines). I am convinced that nutrition and reconnecting to simplicity in all aspects of life play a very important role in our wellbeing and happiness.
