What I specialise in Executive/Leadership coaching Life coaching What I can support you with Effective career planning ⁠Personal growth and change Enhanced resilience Neurodivergence at work What you should know about me I have a certification in business coaching from the University of Cambridge’s leadership centre (the Møller Institute) I am a member of the Association for Coaching I have extensive entrepreneurship, leadership, policy, and management experience I successfully founded and ran an environmental biotech company for 8 years I am now a management, strategy, and leadership researcher at UCL I have delivered and led industry and government events and leadership summits ⁠My coaching is person-centred and pluralistic, bringing together evidence-based approaches to suit your needs Session structure I start by offering a 30-minute exploratory session, with the focus on better understanding your goals, how I can be of help and deciding if we are a good fit. After that, I normally do 1-hour long sessions, either as one-offs or recurring. Prices My rates are calculated taking into consideration my experience but also my own goal of making coaching more accessible for those who want it: Exploratory sessions are £25 for the 30 mins My basic rate is £50/hour
